One of the dimensions of the social and cultural life of Muslims is mystical and Sufi life. Sufi sects and mystical groups have played an important role in the individual, social and cultural life of the people throughout the history of Muslims. They have become famous under the name of Chishtiyyah Tariqat. Chishtiyyah Tariqat first appeared in Iran and then was transferred to India and spread there. From the middle of the 6th century Hijri due to the appearance of the Ghorians and the beginning of the 7th century Hijri with the beginning of the riots and rebellions of Ghazan in Iran and then the invasion of the Mongols, many leaders and elders of the Tariqat and mysticism died and the monastery was dismantled and many others went to other lands. and migrated to the Indian subcontinent. The founder of this tariqat in India was Khwaja Moinuddin Sistani known as Chishti. Khwaja Moinuddin chose Ajmir district as his base and Chishti monasteries were established in Bengal and Deccan. Through Cheshtiyya, the eunuchs started a new reading of a Sufi thought and pushed it towards convergence with the Hindus. On the other hand, they played a social, cultural and even political role in the society of the Indian subcontinent by creating bases called khanqahs or congregation houses. This tariqa faced many challenges after being transferred to India, but it emerged from them proudly. This article It examines the record of the Cheshtiyya Tariqat in the sub-continent and its development stages and the effects of this tariqat in the new land. The main question of this article is, what effects did the Chishtiyya Tariqa leave on the subcontinent? The main hypothesis of this article is that the Chishtiyya Tariqa succeeded in gaining credibility and status in the subcontinent through flexibility and expression of a new discourse of Sufism. It not only provided the grounds for its continuation, but also left a deep impact on the host land.
