The Mamluks of Egypt in the last years of their rule in the sixteenth century, due to the weakness of power and facing a powerful government such as the Ottomans and the small and independent government of Dulghadϊr or newly emerged government such as Safavid, was in a complicated situation. Either of these states could jeopardize the existence of the states, or the states could take advantage of the conflict of power of these states in order to survive by adopting a prudent policy in political relations. Thus, following the alliance with a powerful ally, the Mamluk government of Egypt pursued a multiple policy against its neighboring governments, including the Ottomans, the Safavids, and the Dulghadϊr. The purpose of this study is to investigate in a descriptive-analytical manner how and why the multilateral and unstable relations of the Mamluk government of Egypt with the Ottoman, Safavid and Dulghadϊr Muslim governments. The research findings show that the Mamluk government of Egypt, due to their political and economic weakness and fear of the growing and threatening power of the Ottoman government, turned to political turns in their relations with their neighbors. However, this policy did not lead to the continuation of the life of this government, and its convergence with the Safavids intensified its divergence with the Ottomans, and with the invasion of Sultan Selim to Egypt, the petition of the Mamluk government was abolished
