In Mājarāy-e Fekr-e Falsafi (The Story of Philosophical Thought), Dr. Dinani traces the turbulent historical trajectory of philosophical thought in the Islamic world—a path marked by engagement with numerous opposing and supporting factions and severe intellectual crises. He demonstrates that the pursuit of philosophy and rational inquiry is inherently fraught with obstacles, fluctuations, and risks, arguing that philosophical problems are not merely abstract discussions but are deeply entangled with existential experience. This article introduces the themes of the work from a novel perspective.
